We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process

Original shipping charges, taxes, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

We'll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
